If you have definitely not received the proof, please send a message to: to notify that you have not received it and we will gladly send it to you again.

This order was paid in advance. This means that you will not receive any proof, but as soon as your service is ready, we will immediately deliver it.

Payment

After receiving the proof, you must make the payment within a maximum period of 24 hours. In case of delay, you will have to pay a fine of 100 US Dollars in addition to the price of the service.

It is extremely important that you buy and have the bitcoins prepared to pay, especially if it is the first time that you use this means of payment. This is to avoid delays later. If you are late with the payment, you will have to pay the fine. You will not be able to apologize and justify yourself saying that this was the first time that you used bitcoin. We have warned you about this in the "Service Agreement" and we warn you once again here: do not wait until the last moment.

Remember that payment must be made within a maximum period of 24 hours. In case of delay, you will have to pay a fine of 100 US Dollars in addition to the price of the service.

The 24-hour period to make the payment starts counting from the moment we send you the proof. In the event of a delay, you will not be able to argue that you did not receive the proof or that you received it late. It is the responsibility of the client to contact us immediately in case the maximum work period has elapsed and you have not yet received the proof.

Remember that after a delay, you will not be able to argue that you did not receive the proof that you received it late or that you had a problem. It is the responsibility of the client to contact us immediately if they notice that they have not received the proof after the maximum time indicated in the "Service Agreement" has passed, and it is also the responsibility of the client to prepare the payment before ordering and ensure that it can be made on time.
